Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Walk-in Contraceptive Services

Due to provider availability, we are not able to offer walk-in contraceptive services at this time. Please visit one of the walk-in contraceptive clinics in the NCR region:

  • Kimbrough: 7:50–11 a.m. every Wednesday
  • Malcolm Grow: 8–11 a.m. every Tuesday
  • Walter Reed National Military Medical Center: 7:30–11 a.m. every Wednesday
  • A.T. Augusta National Military Medical Center: 8 a.m. to noon every Tuesday; 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. every Friday
