Primary Care

We are pleased you have made Andrew Rader Clinic your clinic of choice.  As the first military facility in the region to be recognized as a “Patient-Centered Medical Home” by the National Center for Quality Assurance, it is our goal to partner with you to provide the best health care and provide you with unparalleled customer service.

In order to ensure optimum continuity of care with your provider, we only make appointments in Primary Care for those patients who are enrolled to our facility. To enroll in our clinic please visit our Health Benefits Advisors office on the 2nd floor. As a patient, you will be assigned to one of our Teams: Patton, Bradley and Rader.

All patients are seen on an appointment basis only for those patients enrolled to our clinic. Requests for urgent, same-day appointments must be triaged by the nurse at 1-800-874-2273. All other types of appointments are made by calling the regional call center at 855-227-6331.  For all emergencies, please call 911. Rader Clinic does not have an Emergency Room. The Triage Nurse is available during the normal duty hours Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Services Offered

Active duty are encouraged to make their same-day appointment by calling 1-800-874-2273 available 24 hours a day. Same day/acute appointments are reserved for those new onset conditions which have developed within the past 72 hours. We ask that routine, follow-up and wellness-related medical issues be scheduled with your primary care manager during regular clinic hours to allow prompt treatment of active duty members with acute illnesses during sick call. All soldiers E-6 and below are required to bring sick slips from their command. Routine appointments can be made by calling 855-227-6331.
