Nutrition Services
Our Nutrition Clinic is staffed by a Registered Dietitian providing medical nutrition therapy, nutrition and wellness education for active duty, retirees and family members. No physician referral required for an appointment. Please contact the appointment line at 1-855-227-6331 to schedule. You may also book in person at at our primary care front desk. Initial appointments take approximately 60 minutes. Follow-up appointments take approximately 30 minutes.
Patients may be seen individually for a variety of reasons:

- Diabetes and Pre-Diabetes
- Gastrointestinal Disorders
- High Blood Pressure
- High Cholesterol
- Prevention of chronic disease or weight gain
- Active Duty Weight Control
- Nutrient Timing & Fueling to Optimize Athletic Performance
- Basic Nutrition Education: healthy meal planning/cooking/shopping
To prepare for your appointment
Bring at least three days of an intake record with you (Tip: keep it simple! Include time, item, and portion size consumed). If you are tracking your activity, weight/measurements, and/or blood glucose levels, you may want to bring these records with you as well.
