Armed Forces Wellness Center
Our mission is to provide standardized primary prevention programs designed to promote and sustain healthy lifestyles and improve the overall well-being of service members, family members, retirees, and DOD civilians. We provide services the second and fourth Wednesday of the month out of the physical therapy clinic.

Health Coaching
Health Coaching is scheduled independently or in combination with an assessment, and includes the following topics:

Metabolic Testing
Metabolic testing determines the caloric needs for weight management by measuring the resting metabolic rate. It serves as a baseline and tracking tool for nutrition planning.
Individual Stress Management
The goal of this program is to develop skills to identify stress levels, practice self-regulation and improve energy. Stress management serves as a way to explore the impact of stress on overall wellness.
