No-Show / Cancellation Policy
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled. All patient cancellations of scheduled appointments require 48 hours advanced noticed. To ensure continuity of care and maximize the services we offer to our beneficiaries, it is important that all scheduled appointments be attended. Missed medical appointments are a major source of waste in the Military Medical System; they reduce availability of services to all beneficiaries.
All Command referral walk-ins require an NCO escort.
