Andrew Rader COVID-19 Testing Guidance

If you suspect you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, walk-in COVID-19 PCR testing is available Monday through Friday, 8–10 a.m. within the Primary Care Clinic.

Those eligible for walk-in testing are:
 
  1. Active duty personnel and Rader & Fort McNair clinic-enrolled beneficiaries who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms
  2. Active duty personnel traveling on orders for which COVID-19 testing is required prior to travel
  3. Rader & Fort McNair clinic-enrolled beneficiaries who have been instructed by their provider to take COVID-19 testing prior to a medical procedure
At this time, we are unable to accommodate any other requests for walk-in COVID-19 testing at this time.

COVID-19 Vaccine

The CDC recommends everyone 6 months and older get an updated COVID-19 vaccine to protect against the potentially serious outcomes of COVID-19 illness.

FDA-approved or authorized COVID-19 vaccines are currently available to all U.S. citizens and residents. Visit the CDC website for more information.

Getting the COVID-19 Vaccine

  • Rader will no longer offer COVID vaccines every day of the week. 
  • Walk-in hours for COVID vaccines: Monday & Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. No appointment needed.
  • Available to DOD beneficiaries ages 12 and older
